Tom Satori Bio

Tom Satori: 'Musicboy1'

Tom Sartori Living the Poker Dream

Tom Sartori put his name on the poker map with his great showing at the 2005 World Series of Poker.  Tom who says he does not play poker as a living but solely as a hobby and a way to make money chooses to live his life as a rock star traveling the world.

His big shot at the WSOP title

Tom Satori used to play for Team Pokerroom.com and was considered to be one of the better players at Team Pokerroom.com.  Tom finished 26th in the 2005 World Series of Poker.  He just happened to finish one behind the 2004 WSOP champion, Greg “The Fossil Man” Raymer.  This great finish landed the poker star by day, rock star by night a whopping $300,000.

BetOnline.com is still accepting real money USA players.

Oh the memories

We played with Tom at PokerRoom and he said this.  Tom said he got to play along side some of the best in the world and it was an unbelievable experience.  He says it was the time of his life.

Some notables that Tom played against were giants like Phil Ivey, Greg Raymer, and Phil Helmuth.  Not bad for his first World Series of Poker debut.  Satori said he felt honored to play against such big stars considering he has been studing and learning from them by previoulsy watching them on TV.

What lays in store for Tom Satori aka musicboy1?

Tom says he will continue his music career and online poker play.  Tom hopes his music career will set him to the top once again with the new launch of his album.  Some of Toms songs can be heard in the WSOP coverage.  Tom has also gained quite an impressive amount of awards for his music in Buffalo.  Tom regularly updates his “Myspace” account where you can listen to his music for free.

We wish Tom the best of luck and hope you are the next big thing in poker and music.  I’ve had the privledge of playing with Tom at PokerRoom and he is a complete gentleman.
