Rapid Transfer Deposit & Cashout Option Review
Rapid Transfer was put in use by Bovada (previously named Bodog) in early February of 2008 as a method for both deposits and withdraws. It is very similar to a Money Transfer but uses MoneyGram instead of other cash transfer services popularly used.
How Depositing / Withdraws Work
By calling a Bovada agent they will set up the transfer for you in a location nearest to where you live. It typically takes 30-40 minutes for the transfer to take place. From what we can tell the transfer will be free of charge courtesy of Bovada but they put a minimum deposit of $200 on deposits for it to be free.
Withdraws work the same way but the payout queue takes care of everything and there is no need to call a Bovada rep. Once you fill out where you want the money to go you just go and pick it up.
Deposit and Withdraw Maxs and Mins
Using Rapid Transfer will allow you to deposit up to $2500 with a minimum of $100. The maximum withdraw is $2000. You are only allowed one transaction per day whether it be a deposit or withdraw.
Customer Reviews
So far we have not seen any complaints in the forums about this option by Bovada. It is quick and cheap with the only drawback is that you have to get up out of your chair to make a deposit or pick your money up.
