Review of Golden Palace Elimination Blackjack
Tournament Blackjack at Goldenpalace
This software has just been issued to the public. The software now runs separately from the main casino and basic blackjack tables at www.goldenpalaceblackjack.com
Table Size and Stakes
The max limits playable at Golden Palace’s Elimination Blackjack tables are $300 but we only saw the $100 tables. The smallest stakes are the $.25 tournaments. The fees are typically 10% of the buy-in. The house take decreases when you play high stakes blackjack. Table sizes are 5 players instead of the normal 7. Heads up games are available.
Elimination Rules
You will be all of your chips any hand. The player who accumulates the most amount of chips will win. In the 5 player sit and go’s if after 15 hands there are still players left then the player with the most chips wins and the game is deemed over. There is no battle until the death like in NL Texas Holdem sit and go poker.
Golden Palace BJ Traffic
The traffic was low. This review was done when the software just got released so traffic may have picked up by the time you read this. During our visit there were 10 tables going with more play money table action.
GoldenPalace Blackjack Tournament Rules
- 8 decks of cards are used with a shuffle after each go around
- Players start off with 1000 chips
- A blackjack earns the player 1.5 times the bet
- The player with the most chips after 15 hands wins the entire pot
Golden Palace is not the only casino with Elimination Tournament Blackjack. We are continually inserting new casinos to the list as they come about. Tournament Blackjack is on fire so I’m sure more will be added with the next few months.
